As a strategist and accessible leader, Jon is known for driving GROWTH AND PROFITABILITY with expertise developing and delivering technology solutions for hospitals, health systems and drug compounding outsourcers.

Susan Vitello is a seasoned business professional who has managed most of IMI’s key functions at various times during her tenure. Her strong management and relationship skills have driven customer satisfaction levels by delivering clear communications and championing the “voice of the customer” throughout the organization. Susan’s wealth of experience has proven invaluable in her current role overseeing the finance and business operations teams.
Bryan McGurn has over 30 years’ experience in the medical device field. Prior to his position as VP Sales & Marketing, Bryan held a number of key roles in executive and general management with P&L responsibility. Throughout his career, he has made a mark in orchestrating countless revenue generating sales programs and marketing campaigns that clearly articulate product benefits and organizational strengths. His previous management tenures include companies such as American Hydro-Surgical, Nipro Corporation, and Medtronic MiniMed.
Chief Financial Officer
Virginia Mateo has over 20 years of robust experience in financial portfolio management. She has a proven track record of creating and implementing corporate practices and policies that consistently generate profitable results. Over the years, she has successfully executed her operational decision-making prowess to bring financial gains to firms from the hospitality, real estate, and entertainment sectors. Virginia is an accredited, detail orientated leader with a noteworthy history of harmonizing legal, insurance, finance, and sales teams around best practices to ensure the organization’s long-term health.

Gene Streicher has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry and a proven track record of creating and implementing processes and systems that decrease costs, improve productivity, increase overall operational performance and profitability. Over the years he has been an important part of helping companies like Cardinal Health, Carefusion and Breg increase revenue and customer satisfaction while creating a culture of trust and accountability with a focus on training and mentoring teams dedicated to achieving exceptional results.

David Meily joined IMI in April 2019, bringing more than 20 years of Quality and Regulatory leadership experience in medical devices. Throughout his career, he enjoyed success in transforming quality culture, change management, and continuous improvement. His considerable QA/RA talents have guided companies like Stryker, Terumo, and Aquabiliti. Dave is noted for his professionalism, knowledge, and ability to navigate successfully in the complex quality and regulatory world of medical devices.
Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Tony Delemaza brings over 25 years of experience in the fields of medical device, biologics and cellular therapy to IMI. Prior to joining the team as the VP of Sales & Business development, he held various positions in general and executive management with multi-national companies including DaVinci Biosciences, Nipro Corporation, and Medtronic MiniMed. Tony is an accomplished leader with expertise in developing Sales, Clinical, and Customer Service teams to drive revenue growth while introducing state-of-the-art therapies to enhance clinical outcomes.
Peter Lehel has over 20 years of industry experience in delivering complex medical devices by driving product development processes & improvements. Peter is skilled at leading global development teams to increase productivity, improve product quality, and regulatory compliance. During his experience, he has built and led R&D teams at GE Healthcare, Draeger Medical, and Abbott Point of Care in a highly-regulated industry through all phases of the product development lifecycle. He is a passionate and enthusiastic leader who consistently meets customer commitments with quality and integrity while coaching, mentoring, motivating his employees.
